As check-in is approaching, we would like to ask you a few questions before your stay.
・Check-in is possible anytime after 3 PM.
Please check in at a time that is convenient for you.
*In winter, when using the wood-burning stove, someone will need to be present, so please let us know your check-in time in advance. In that case, we will not be able to be present after 6 PM, and we may not be able to accommodate certain timings.
*If you have already let us know your check-in time, there is no need to reply.
・The front door is equipped with a smart key.
To unlock the door, press "9485" and then the unlock button.
When going out, please let us know the lock button on the touchpad on the outside and the door will lock.
This door does not auto-lock, so please be careful not to forget to lock it.
・When checking in, please provide information for all guests.
If you are traveling from abroad, please register a copy of your passport on the tablet.
*There is a tablet in the room; please use this to complete the check-in process.
・Bath towels and face towels will be provided for each guest, but toothbrushes and razors will not be provided.
Also, we cannot provide more towels than the number of guests, so please bring your own if necessary.
・The color and brightness can be adjusted using a black remote control in the living room and a white remote control in the dining room.
Please use them to suit the atmosphere of the day.
・Please feel free to use the dishes and refrigerator.
Please note that the freezer is at the bottom of the refrigerator.
We would also appreciate it if you could wash and dry dishes for the next guest.
・If the air conditioner, microwave, hair dryer, etc. are used all at once, the circuit breaker may trip and the electricity will be cut off.
If this happens, do not panic and go to the entrance and flip the circuit breaker located above and east of the entrance door to restore electricity.
・You are free to use consumables, but please refrain from taking them home.
If you run low during your stay, please use the stock under the sink.
・A hand-grinding coffee grinder and dripper are provided.
This is a complimentary service, so please feel free to use it when you want to take a break.
*Please do not wash the coffee mill.
*Please use only as many coffee beans as you need and do not take them home.
*The coffee beans in stock are in the refrigerator, so please use them.
*The grinder will become coarse as you turn it, so please remove the screw at the top and turn the base to adjust the grind.
-Only those who have received instructions may use the wood-burning stove.
Therefore, if you wish to use the wood-burning stove, especially in winter, please check in with plenty of time.
-For those who do not wish to use the wood-burning stove, we also have kerosene stoves available.
You can use them if you switch them on, so please feel free to use them when the temperature is low.
-The bathroom is equipped with a water-saving faucet, so the water pressure will be weak if the boiler temperature is not turned up.
Therefore, when using the bathroom, please press "Priority" on the bathroom remote control.
To avoid burns, please turn "Priority" off after use.
-When checking out, please use the tablet device.
Also, please turn off all lights, switch off the kerosene boiler, and lock the windows and front door before leaving the room.
- We have provided a Fire TV stick and LCD panel for you to relax during your stay.
We do not have a TV antenna so you cannot watch TV, but you can watch YouTube and other videos online.
If you wish to watch TV, please log in with your own account and log out when you check out.
