Thank you for your reservation.
Please be sure to check the following before using the facility.
■ Facility Use
- Please be sure to lock the front door while in your room, especially when sleeping.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility (including e-cigarettes). If you smoke, please do so outdoors.
* If smoking is discovered within the facility, a penalty of 50,000 yen will be charged.
- Pets are prohibited. Please keep them in your car or outdoors.
* If pets are discovered entering the facility, a penalty of 50,000 yen will be charged.
- Please use the facility only for the guests and number of people who have registered their reservation.
Accommodation by anyone other than the guest who made the reservation, or use/staying with a different number of people, is prohibited.
* If the number of guests exceeds the limit, a false number is used, or a false number is used or stayed by someone other than the reservation holder, a penalty of 5,000 yen may be charged for each false number.
- Do not use open flames for heating, cooking, or other purposes within the facility without permission from the facility. Please use the provided cooking utensils for cooking within the facility.
- Wood-burning stoves may only be used if you receive instructions upon entering the room.
If you were not given instructions upon check-in, please use the kerosene stove.
*The kerosene stove is set automatically, so please adjust the temperature to suit the room temperature.
-Do not use guest rooms for business purposes (exhibitions, offices, etc.) or for purposes other than accommodation without permission from the facility.
-Parties and other loud noises are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep quiet, especially between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Please use the furniture, appliances, bedding, etc. in the facility with care.
Please notify us immediately if any items are damaged or soiled.
*For damaged or soiled furniture or appliances, compensation will be charged at the price of a new equivalent item.
*For damage to furniture, bedding, fixtures, etc. caused by vomit, etc., a flat fee of 50,000 yen will be charged regardless of the reason.
・Do not move furniture, appliances, or fixtures within the facility, or make any modifications or alterations to the facility without permission from the facility.
・When leaving the facility, please turn off appliances such as the air conditioner, television, and lights. Also, please lock the doors and windows before leaving.
・As the unit is not designed for cold climates, please do not use the air conditioner for heating purposes in winter.
〇If consumable items run out, they will be stored on a shelf below the wash basin.
You are welcome to use them, but please do not take them home with you.
■About Locks
・The front door is equipped with a smart key.
You will be notified of the password three days prior to check-in.
To unlock the door, enter the password and then press the unlock button.
When leaving the facility, press the lock button on the touchpad outside to lock the door.
This is not an auto-locking door, so please be careful not to forget to lock it.
■Check-in
・Check-in is possible anytime after 3:00 PM.
*In winter, when using the wood stove, we require your presence. Please let us know your check-in time in advance. In that case, we will not be able to accommodate you if you are present after 6:00 PM, and we may not be able to accommodate certain timings.
- Please complete the check-in procedure using the iPad.
Instructions for use are included in the on-site file, so please refer to it.
* Please note that this is a legally required procedure.
■ Check-out
- Please check out by 10:00 AM on the day of check-out.
Please complete the check-out procedure using the iPad and lock the door.
If your iPad runs out of power, please charge it using the provided charger.
■ Internet
- Please confirm your ID and password on-site before using the internet.
■ Kitchen
- Tap water is drinkable.
- Feel free to use the refrigerator. We will dispose of any food remaining in the refrigerator when you leave.
- Feel free to use the cooking utensils. Please wash and hang them out to dry after use.
・Please separate trash into "burnable trash," "non-burnable trash," and "cans, bottles, and plastic bottles" and place them in the kitchen trash cans.
・You may get burned if the boiler temperature is high. Please be careful when using the bathroom as it may become very hot.
*Please place food waste in the trash disposal bin. When disposing of burnable trash, please place it in a plastic bag.
*Please wash the trash before throwing it away.
*Please let us know if the trash can is full, as it will be collected.
■Bathroom
・When using the bath, please press the "Priority" button on the bathroom remote control. If not, the water pressure may feel weak.
・If you are not using the bath, please turn off the "Priority" button to prevent burns.
・Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
・Do not leave hot or cold water running.
・Only the number of face towels and bath towels provided initially will be provided. Additional towels and replacements are not possible, so if they become soiled, please wash them yourself.
■Toilets
・Please keep the toilet clean. Men, please use the toilet while sitting.
・Please dispose of toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Toilet paper can be flushed in Japanese toilets.
*Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (gum, cigarettes, etc.) down the toilet.
*Please do not bring your own stock of toilet paper.
・If the toilet becomes badly soiled, please clean it up yourself.
■Bedding
・Please do not eat or drink on the futon.
・Please be careful not to soil the sheets or futon.
・If the futon feels thin, please use a mattress.
■Furniture & Appliances
・When using a clothes dryer, washing machine, microwave, etc., please do not use them all at the same time.
If the circuit breaker trips, please turn on the ground fault circuit interrupter located to the upper right of the entrance.
- If you're unsure how to use the device, search the model number online and check the instructions.
■ Manners
- Please remove your shoes before entering.
- Do not answer the intercom even if it rings. (Intercoms are installed in the office and supply storeroom.)
- Please refrain from disturbing neighbors.
- Please refrain from bringing or using drugs.
- Do not burn incense or spray anything with a strong smell inside the room.
- Do not take anything from the room home.
- The neighborhood is a residential area, so please refrain from making noise outside or playing loud music.
